What is Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate(SAP)?

SAP is a naturally existing water-soluble vitamin C derivatives. It's a most stable form of vitamin C, which means it won't oxidize or deteriorate in a few months. This makes it the first choice for cosmetic formulations. It is more stable than Magnisium Ascorbyl Phosphate(MAP), Ascorbyl Palmitate, and Ascorbic Acid (among other Vitamin C derivatives).
